We want you to love your Orla Kiely purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and signature packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original Orla Kiely packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
